snowmageddon and other snows...

we got 28 inches...only to have another 5, and then then another 7 inches!!! (pictures of those next storms coming!) I think we live in Alaska now:)

yes, we're all wearing our pajamas inside out for some snow tonight.
we did have a record-breaking blizzard with 22 inches of snow which was wonderfully fun, but it was over the Christmas holidays, so some snow during school would be nice. :)
i just realized that i never posted any pictures of Christmas, so those will be next! hope everyone had a great Christmas and is enjoying the cold weather:)

New York City!!!!

That's right- I went to NYC for the first time ever! it was absolutely amazing! I hope we get the chance to go back again.
It was quite foggy and a little rainy, but luckily when we got the Statue of Liberty, it cleared up a little.
There were some very unique aspects of NYC that I really enjoyed, such as these ladders.

Macy's revealed their Christmas windows just for us:) We managed to see them on our way back to the bus.

Wonderful Wet Weekend!

Well, it hasn't stopped raining for 4 days now. I guess we needed the rain, but we've missed some sports events, games, etc. because of it. Fall weather is colder than usual, but you can get some great pics with all this rain!

Beach

These pics were from our day at the beach in England (well, actually Wales). It's pretty incredible that we went to beach- we didn't think we would with the weather. Although it rained about half the journey to Wales, when we got there, it didn't rain!!! God is so good! We had a great time with Auntie J and Uncle J, and all of us got some fun pictures!
I know this is kinda unusual, but I like it.
